  • All prices, shipping, terms & conditions are subject to change at any time
  • All orders get processed during business hours Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm , orders are not processed at night or weekends. 
  • We do NOT cover return shipping there is cost involved with every transaction 
  • Any cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase otherwise you forfeit your core deposit 
  • Call us to arrange for any returns at 800-769-6256 or you may email customer service at .
  • All return must contain the RMA number within side the package. Your order ID is your RMA number for reference. 
  • IF NO VIN WAS ENTERED FOR PARTS ORDER, THE PART IS NOT RETURNABLE !!! 
  • ALL CORES MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL LABELS INTACT ON PACKAGE FOR CREDIT TO BE ISSUED 
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return. 
  • There is a 35% restocking fee charged against all returned items as per manufacturer return policy . 
  • Credits will be refunded back within 7-10 business days upon receipt of part from shipping and receiving , also to allow inspection and returnability of the part . 
  • Parts must be resale able and in the original packaging otherwise no credit will be given 
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable ( THIS IS TO ALSO INCLUDE RADIOS , SCREENS , CLUSTERS , DISPLAYS , SWITCH , SENSOR OR ANY OTHER PART WITH AN ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR )
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 15 days of receipt.
  • If parts are defective please notify us within 15 days of receipt to inquire about a parts warranty refund.
  • Discontinued parts are NOT returnable all sales are final

Core Return Process

All cores must drained of all fluids and to be returned in the same box they were received

  • Cores must be returned within 30 days (at your expense) in the original GM Package/Box with Core Label intact
  • Include a copy of your invoice
  • Cores must be the factory OEM part in the original GM box or package with the GM Labels and Core label intact. Returned cores must be on a "like-for-like" basis, meaning that the returned core has the exact same fitment/options as the part that was purchased. Aftermarket cores or cores without the GM package will not be accepted. Do not write on the box. We will not ship unacceptable cores back to you. These items will be thrown away and no credit will be issued. GM does not accept aftermarket cores.
  • Mechanical Part Cores must not have physical damage and all fluids must be drained to receive credit. Damaged Body Part Cores (Lamps, Bumpers) are acceptable.

Shipping VIA UPS or FEDEX is preferred , if shipping with USPS the package will go to a mail sorting center delaying us getting the package and could add an additional 5-7 business days until we receive the package to issue credit . If the CORE is returned without proper packaging credit can not be issued and the part will be scrapped and not returned.

Warranty Policy

  • Any part purchased has a 15 days defect protection and we will exchange for the exact same part . Returning part must be in the original GM packaging NO EXCEPTIONS

Parts are sold " as is " the only warranties applying to the parts are those which may be offered within the 15 day period of purchase. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the parts and/or service. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the seller any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, income and or any other incidental damages. in addition expressly excluded is any seller liability for defects pertaining to safety or performance by way of " strict liability " negligence or otherwise. Any other warranties are at the manufacture discretion which would require vin number, mileage , registered owner information and defect description in order to submit any additional warranties for reimbursement. If any reimbursement is determined to be made it would be on the basis of part coverage ONLY no labor , no rentals , no loss of time or any other costs of repair except the part itself. 

Anything beyond the 15 days will be processed under the manufacturers warranty process 

Manufactures warranty also does NOT apply against any vehicles with branded totaled or blocked titles . These parts carry no warranty according to manufacturer guidleines , as such the only warranty period then would be the 15 period . 

Manufacturer has the right to refuse any warranties on vehicles that may show abuse of part , faulty installation and or third party installation of other components non manufacturer certified. 


Why was my order canceled without my permission?

MaloufPartsXperts.com reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including lack of parts availability, suspected fraud, and lack of customer communication (i.e. if we have tried to contact the customer multiple times regarding an order and have received no response)

Are there any circumstances where an order cannot be canceled?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order if it has been labeled as shipped or if it includes a specialty item (such as a VIN-specific electronic).



Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 35% may apply.
