    Shipping Policy

    ***Express and Expedited orders with different billing and shipping addresses with no valid phone number or contact info will be cancelled***

    • Overnight shipments ( in stock parts only ) due to logistics takes 24 hours to process then ships next business day and does NOT include Saturday delivery may take 1-2 days  
    • In stock orders ship within 24 hours any inventory part not in local facility may take up to 72 hours to ship
    • All orders get processed during business hours Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm , orders are not processed at night or weekends. 
    • Orders will NOT ship to unverified addresses or on orders where the billing and shipping are different without prior verification 
    • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day
    • Parts will not be shipped , ordered , finalized or returned without a vin number on the order
    • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately
    • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 1-7 days
    • Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost , Expedited shipping time frames are from when it leaves our facility not from date of ordering
    • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval
    • We also offer local pick up option for pickup in our dealerships 
    • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders
    • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer
    • We do not ship internationally
    • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible
    • We do not ship COD order

    Express Shipping: (1 Business Day, 2 Business days) In stock items will ship within 1 business day of order placement. Out of stock items will ship your selected shipping method once they are received by us from GM. No Weekend Deliveries.

    Expedited Shipping: (3-4 business days 48 states only) In stock items will ship within 1 business day of order placement. Out of stock items will ship your selected shipping method once they are received by us from GM. No Weekend Deliveries.

    ****Damaged parts must be reported to us within 72 Hours of the delivery date****

    Refused, Return to sender, Undeliverable or incomplete addresses. These packages will be treated as a NEW RETURN. The RESTOCK FEE will apply and the RETURN SHIPPING will be deducted from your refund!
